Recenly Seen By ME

What Happens in Vegas.
This film is pretty old but when you see a DVD in a shop which you have wanted to see which is a fiver, well not many people can't resists a bargain. Well this film is a out loud comedy staring Cameron Diaz and Ashton kutcher. Set in Sin City Vegas. This romantic comedy is a good film, although the director Tom Vaughan coming up with the idea of putting the most unlikely to be celebrity couples together and make a film about them being together. When you get used to the idea, it just becomes more funny. A great film for the teenagers and adults.
Coner's rating 8/10. Well worth seeing

Night at the Museum 2
When a film company brings out a sequel to a film, most people say that they they won't be able to live up to the first film (even if the first film was bad) although watching his close to it's release date not many people were in the screening. I have to say that Night at the Museum 2 was better. Much more goes on in the film than the first one and new artwork comes in. If you want to know what things, GO AND SEE IT. As well as some POP art.
Ben Stiller side kick in the sequel is Amy Adams as Amelia Earhart to save the day (or night) once again. If you go and see look out for a scene near the end Kah Mun Rah, best scene in the film. It's worth it to just see that part.
Coner's rating 10/10. Watch even though it is a sequel which you disagree (you know who you are).

Recent Entertainment (for me)

I have recently been interested with 'Little Big Planet' (a bit weird as I dont own the game YET). It all started with Media Molecule creating a Youtube Channel and said the first 5,000 Youtube Subcribers will get a free 'Little Big Planet' knitted Sackboy.

Unfortunely, I didn't know until Emerald Coast (Emyr) got his. Taking action I went onto E-bay and brought one for £10. and then I kept looking back and fore on Media Molecule Site and the Youtube Channel. Now I am crazy about it and waiting for 'Little Big Planet' game to come to the PSP soon.

There is a good video on the Youtube Channel. Media Molecule has recreated a well known video of 'Where the Hell is Matt.' But first, takea look at the video if you haven't seen it.

And here is Media Molecule's version of 'Where the Hell is Sack Boy.'

While searching for the picture for my Previous Post I found this.
One more way to advertise is always create a gamebased on your company. Producing Sims 2 IKEA

On the Road Advertisement.

Sorry to do another post on advertisement, hopefully this will be the last one (properly won't).
So, different ways of advertising can be on TV, on a billboard or by leaflets. But why can't we see the product from different angles, well one company has come up with this ideas and this company is IKEA. They have so came up with a genius idea of building a room out of their products and placing it in a clear, see through box and driving it around on the road.

Down and Around Cardiff Bay.

There is always something to do down the Bay or something going on. Our intentions of going to the Logos 2 ship was diverted when we saw something happening down in the Roald Dahl Plass. As always when there is something happening down the Bay then you are guaranteed to not get a space and drive around of 10 minutes looking of one (we ended parking on the pavement).

Taking a look at what was happening, we soon discovered that it was the Eisteddfod. Approaching the entrance we were told to pay £10 to enter on additional fees to do things inside or come back at four o'clock (when it's ending) to enter for free. So a perfect way to waste time is to go to the welsh cake shop and buy fresh welsh cakes and eat them with your favourite Starbucks. How this takes an hour to do I have no idea.

Well after four o'cock heading down to take a look at the Eisteddfod and when we were down there, there was nothing to take a look at. Nothing interesting down there at all so a quick rush up and a run down to the exit. So advice when going down Cardiff Bay is know what you are paying for before you choose to pay for it.

Small Things can be so Interesting.

Over the past through days I have been wearing my bag with badges on the strap (I have two bags), and what I found out is that I am not the only person who likes small collection of things. Most people I saw either had to look at them and then ask questions or either had to touch them and strangely enough, the shop keeper down by my school had to touch them.

I guess having a collection of things like badges tells a lot about someone and also their personality from what types of badges or something. If they are Funny, Active or if people are jealous they would think they are SAD but NO.

Above is a picture of one of my badges which Jongudmund gave me. Also check out the Life is Mootiful website full of witty banter of Cows.

Thoughts Which Make me Laugh

As my friend had taken my advice after many of time
telling him to create a blog, he has and now told our other friends
to create a blog and they have also done one, I had a witty thought.

[Thought and Quote]: I wish I was as good as making people
become Christians than I am
making people create blogs.

Old is the New Best

I have found out recently after discovering online shopping that old is the new best. As I quite careful with my money, when shopping online, it is very rarely that I spend a huge amount of money (over £10).
I mostly buy Cd's on Play.com as they have deals all the time. As I went through a stage of not buying any Albums and I have missed out on a lot of amazing albums. Some of the albums I have brought are the 'All American Rejects - Move Along.' The All American Rejects have sure pulled of this album with a various sounds and easy to pick up lyrics.

When my money comes in, the All American Rejects third Album. Everyone knows producing a edition of something is very risky, but hopefully they can pull it off as good as they did with 'Move Along'

As well as 'Fall Out Boy -Infinity on High' is another one of the best albums I have owned and listened to along with All American Rejects. Their range of music shows their capability to reach a wide audience and compose all different types of music. Fall out Boy have produce many albums (over three), some were not so good and some are amazing including 'Infinity on High'.

Old can be the best in these cases and I guess if i want to buy their new albums coming out and some extra ones which I wish to have, i.e. The Killers, Green Day, American Rejects and some more. If I want to purchase their NEW albums under a £5 or £10 then I might need to wait a while when old is best.

I guess new can be best as well, LETS GO SHOPPING.

The Things Which Annoy us Most?

TV always feeds you loads of mostly useless information, but the information that will impress your friends and at the same time make you look like a idiot. "Next up it's the Top 2o Best Ever ITV Ads."

Not sure if it was me or the TV screamed out BLOG. Note pad and pen at the ready with V+ box to rewind if I miss anything. For your pleasure (I'm sure) here are the top 20 Best Ever ITV Ads. [Warning] Younger readers might not know many or even any, there is always YouTube. All he a have links so that you can view them.

Described by Celebrities as a 'Mini Soap Opera' and was compared to Dallas (i.e. Sexual tension). In other words an advert which tries to avoid promoting the product and ANOTHER sex sells ad.

There was 13 different Milky Bar Kids and all went for the part for the years supply of chocolate, in the end the one Milky Bar kid did so many takes that when he bit off the chocolate, at the end spat it in a bucket. But here is something you most properly never thought of, white albino kids eating white chocolate featured in a western town. Some people need to proof read their ads just as I need to proof read my blog posts.

After the one day of shooting the ad and seeing it on TV for just a year, 30 years gone she still remembers the song. In result of doing the advert another household name was born. Sure, anyone who could dance like she did and clean shouldn't be a household name but be a lesson to not become a house wife and do something.

Well, if it was me doing the ads then I would have got tried of eating Walkers Crisps years back. Surprisingly the concept of the ad was 'No more Mr nice guy.' Was it me or again did anyone else miss that concept.

This classic and amazing ads was ITV's longest running ad chimpaign (Campaign, funny) inspired by the London Zoo's Chimp tea Party, that's one weird thought. Over 100 monkeys appeared in the ads, this means either some of them got fired for not behaving, they retired or they died. I know which one I am picking.

This advert featured a load of people coming together and forming a image. Each person must of got a big chunk of money for the ad to cost a million pounds. I can name a million ways I can spend a million pounds. Just a waste of money.

This is your typical Nike advert where casually people are playing football and professional football players appear to come onto the pitch and start playing football. Then they had an interview with some of the players years after and they said that they knew nothing about it. If that is true then all the other Nike adverts with professional players appearing are all fake.

It was shocking to find out that they used a real employee to play the part and in conclusion to the ads, he released his own single (first time I have heard about that) which reached the top 20s and yet is still working in Halifax (must not be getting much for the single and the ads if he is still working there).

All the advert is that they people do things which makes people think that they drink Carling. Simple and yet funny and effective.

'This was a fantasy figure like a James Bond in an advert' 6 different men played the fantasy man (sex seriously does sell) One the last ad they showed the face and voice of the woman in 2000. And now all is left of the ad is fancy dress at a Christmas party Jongudmund.

Top 10
The first person shown was never with everyone else as all the other people were filmed in Rome. FAQ WHY.

Happiness is when you have a Cigar, Can't really comment but when it comes down to it, I don't need to as it was BANDED.

I would want to direct an advert with a Cat, a Mouse and a Dog. But when the dog like 'Dolly Mixtures' the cat likes 'prawns' and the mouse will follow a mouses urine, it does become easier when you work with something they like and very strange animals.

Staring Peter Key and when an advert has Peter Key in you can only expect one thing, Comedy.

Now please leave a comment if anyone has ever seen horses up over 10 foot waves and bigger with a surfer who didn't want to do the advert riding a wave. Just shows that not everyone will do something for fame.

Who would just want to watch an advert with people talking over the phone. And even worse it's a typical conversation about a mother nagging their son, what else to do an advertise BT, and they are talking about exam results. Rubbish.

This is the creature comfort country side advert but talking about electricity. Yet it can be so entertaining watching people who had been interviewed and turned into animated animals. Another fact, they didn't turn the TV series into adverts but turned the adverts into a TV series.

Again, another sex sells advert with a supposed good looking guy (not) going into a launderette and taking off his Levis and washing them, waiting for them in his pants. Realistically, who would do that.

This is what an advert should be, but maybe slightly changed. Just telling us what the product is and that simply it. All the information and something funny at the end making it GOOD.

And ITV number 1 advert is
Celebrities thoughts "It is like a cult classic", "They absolutely riped the pea out of the human race", "British humour at it's best and still funny", "Loved smash adverts fantastic and made me laugh." I think what made it funny is that people liked to do the voice of the Martians and if you stickied a different voice on the Martians, they just wouldn't be funny. And not to forget the laugh. An idea like this could only come from a night out at a Pub.

There you go 'Top 20 best ever ITV ads.' Conclusion, you can't get many good ads, you can get a lot of information out of nothing, I have nothing else better to do with my time and Blame ITV for advertisements if you get sick of them as they were the first broadcasting channel to air an advert.
