I have a theory why they could be doing this:
Many people know that it is coming to their desired console and therefore the company doesn't need to advertise the game.
The company is really Money safe and can't be bothered to make an advert about the game with their console one it.
The big Company name that doesn't show Multi Platform games on there console are Sony. The only time they show an advert including any of their consoles is when they have a new exclusive game coming out and not all the time they create an advert. I am not trying to slag off Sony but this is more advice which I am not telling Sony. They really could be losing a lot of money from not advertising enough and not selling as many consoles and games as they wish. If they are doing big advertisements in America and making money from games and consoles over there I don't know, but they could be making even more money over in other countries including United Kingdom.
Microsoft has too much money. They paid movie studios billions of dollars to stay with HD-DVD. Basically, they make so much money from PCs, they don't know how to spend it.
ReplyDeleteThe reason Microsoft advertises and Sony doesn't is price. The Xbox is cheaper so it could pass as an impulse buy. The PS3 is still the most expensive. You wouldn't just walk into Game with no plan of buying a PS3 and get one because you like the advert (unless you are REALLY weak minded). So they are better of SAVING the money and making better games with it.
P.S. It's Warfare not War Fare
