To Over Dramatic

A couple of weeks ago there was a mini series for Torchwood called 'Children of the Earth'. The series was great and I had to hang on all weekend to see the final episode as I went away for the weekend.

ALERT ALERT Spoiler alert. If you haven't seen 'Torchwood Children of the Earth' (lets face it who hasn't) and is wanting to see it, stop reading now to not know the epic thing which happened.

Again BBC had to kill off another cast member of 'Torchwood', Ianto died alone with Captain Jack
who came back to life. Ianto dying with Captain Jack beside him = another Gay scene. But to the point of the blog is that after I watched the last episode, me a big Facebook fan, I posted a Status saying that 'Connor Knapton when watching TV should really not get emotional'.

Although what made me feel a little better was when I went down to Cardiff Bay last
week was what I saw outside the Torchwood entrance.

Yes this is a bunch of letter and also sadly flowers to the cast of Torchwood as possibly it would be the last series (maybe). After I saw Doctor Who down by there, no joke Doctor Who was there and as I saw him the first thing which came to my mind is where is the Camera. No Cameras. So I couldn't miss the chance to see what it was. I did have a feeling that it was it but I had to have a look.

It seems like one person wrote a proper letter and then as people saw it they started to write on the back of receipts. From someones smart thinking but horrible taste. A way they made the
flowers last is put a chocolate wrapper under and fill it with water. So in result I make this 3 sads. Sad for being over dramatic, one for having horrible taste (put them in a Marks and Spenser packet not a Chocolate Dime wrapper) . And sad that someone would do this and other people would follow .

Wheres Cardiff Now?

Today, I actually did something productive. On Thursday I went to Roath Park Community Centre in the aim to use there GYM, but sadly I got turned (pretty much normal) as I needed to get a Max Card to then get my Stretch. It was a bit stupid to get one card to get another. Although both enable me with big discount to many places.

I finally got that done today after waiting a whole weekend (which it totally doesn't seem like) and was able to use the GYM. I did have my hopes up with going to this GYM expecting it to be like any other GYM. To later to shocked to the comparison to any other GYM I have been to. I was told that the equipment was the latest GYM technology, my description of it would be that it is futuristic GYM technology.

The things like the Treadmill is simply a Treadmill but with upgraded technology and monitoring system as well as the Cross Trainer. The really cool stuff was the that there was a machine which was a cross between a Treadmill and a Cross Trainer which simulated you in running on the stop and determines the stride length you took. Sounds a lot like a Treadmill but it is a lot better.

Then there was the Mountain bike simulator XDream. It is sort of like mountain biking but indoors. It is just like being outside, it gets harder the higher the slope and easier going down slopes with other real competitive computer character. And amazing, Multi player with the machine next to you. It is a lot of work to do it but burns off a lot of then calories. I would describe it as a Guitar Hero in the sence of thatyou have to perform the action to win.

Then comes the weight lifting equipment. When I got my induction and the GYM coordinator showed me how it all worked, well every time I got on a machine I had no idea what so ever it would to. Then being stunned by what it does. When you perform the actions on the machine. there is not one part of it which doesn't move at all, including yourself sitting on it. As well a Water Powered Rowing Machine, instead of the Concept Two Rowers.

In conclusion, The GYM will be seeing a lot of me from now. Also the steep decline of the Cardiff's funds in money, I know what it had gone into now, the GYM and the whole brand new building but properly mostly into the Gym.

High at the Waterfront

On Saturday I went to my first Festival in Cardiff this year and the Festival was the WOW on the Waterfront. This is the third year in a row I have seen the event in the Bay and they have been spectacular. This year's event was Very Very strange. Each year they have a different theatre company performing and this time it was the chance for the French Theatre Company Transe Express provided this years WOW on the Waterfront.

The whole concept of it was something to do with French Clowns running around and seeing which one had a bigger bell and ringing it in a cage (couldn't really understand it as most of it was in French). We were told that it was a bit like Glastonbury. In the end they all ended up pulled up up a crane on a huge wire frame. The show again was very weird and on the day I really wasn't feeling it and I thought that it was a bit just a show to make your feet hurt standing up for two hours and almost give you a beyond doubt a big neck ache looking up for an hour of it watching the spin around, go up and down playing music on a grand steal frame.

But thinking back to it, it was really great and what they did was good as well and creative. Although, one of my blogging buddies Jongudmund posted a blog post titled 'Bucketloads to do' saying how everything these days and events like this cost and I have to say I went there with mission to not spend any money but as always I spent money, nearly spent £3.20 on a Starbucks but when I got there it was just closing. So I spent £1.50 on a 'Sprite'. it's not much but in the end it all adds up (especially when you have no money to spend)
The other Spectacular thing was also the firework display was really good.

Like a Bulll in a Water Factory.

Lately my mum has been making me and our brothers eat more healthly (I should really say trying) the only success she has been successful with is what we drink.

Painfully after a big arguement about how fast the Cans are being drunk, this is because we can only have one Can a day and they were dissapearing quite fast (in result of ME). Then all of a sudden there appeared to be bottles and bottles of water in our fridge and NO CANS!!

To be fair, the water is called 'Perfectly Clear' and is flavoured water which is really nice and how could know it that something healthly for you is nice (we are also aloud more than one a day). The result of me and my brothers liking the water is every time in Home Bargins (the shop which replace Woolworth down Albany road) gets the 'Perfectly Clear Water', she clears the shalves of water as it is really cheap.

Give it up, give up and shut up.

When someone starts an arguement about anything, lastest games or what to do today, whatever, there is always one thing which can stop a conversation in my situation. As I am a Christian I really need to be careful what I say around certain type of people. "I thought you were a Christian."Recently people have been saying this to me and it really pushes my buttons.

When I get to stressed in arguements I do say things which I shouldn't say and the one thing people say is "I thought you were a Christian." Some people don't say it but the real reason people do say it is that they have no come back at tall and they don't admit it but they have lost and they don't have a come back.

The people who do say it is families and friends, in all people who know that you are a Christian. Just a warning to people who say it to me and to any other Christian, when you do say that we all know that really we have won the arguement and as we know this, take as long as you want to come up with a come back just to not hear that.

Totally Wanted UPDATED

OK with nothing to do all the day and being asleep for more than half of it, I have been research on guitar Hero games to come out. The story starts at when I got Guitar Hero World Tour GUITAR BUNDLE for XBOX 360 for my Birthday and as I knew, in result of buying world tour I would also want the drums.

The last 2 Guitar Hero games which have come out (Metallica and also Smash Hits) they haven't sold the Band Bundle and looking at the next 2 Guitar Hero games coming out in September they will be selling the full Band Bundle. Unfortunately I have spent the money on my Game card which I got after trading in my DS and Games which I got £78 and as I thought they wouldn't bring out another Band Bundle I spent it Stupidly.

In result, I will need to save up for it all over again. After calculations I worked out that solid hard working for a month will bring me to a £1. Not really it should bring me to something like £10 or so pounds away when I get EMA, (that's if I do get it) £30 a week if I go to school and £40 at the end of the month. My plans are all set for it and I can't wait.

Guitar Hero 5 is out September 2009.

Totally Wanted.

This is partly going to me another blog post about me talking about how I have no money toget what Iwant to get, for this I am sorry.

Any how, recently for some total reason I got back into gaming back on my PSP which I have no idea who it happened, but as it's the only recent and decent game console I own at the moment I have been looking for games for it. I play on my friend's PS3 (Emerald Coast) and the games on the PS3 are amazing and I get really gellous that I don't have them but now after Sony's gaming conferrence, a few of the games which have and are coming out on the PS3 are now coming out on the PSP.

Some of these games are:
Little Big Planet which I am a big fan of on the PS3 when I play over my friends house
Motor Storm: Arctic Edge which I am really excited about as I really want a better racing game on my PSP. Hopefully they will live up to what they say and show.
Grantrimo 5 after the months and months of think when will it come out on PS3 they also said they were going to release the full game which is on PS3 as wel on PSP, amazing
Assassins Creed 2: Bloodlines even know the first game wasn't really up to scratch on the PS3, hopefully number 2 will be quite good.
And I am praying that they will relise a Guitar Hero for the PSP
AND MORE.

These games I really want but most likey will not get all as soon as I am wishing I want them, I will need to save up a lot to get them. As well as that, it would be my dream come true if I would be able to own the new PSP GO when it comes out, it would be amazing.

P.S. All of these things are a want and not a need as I really hate people who say that they need something which is a want and not a need. E.g. I need a new game, NO YOU DON'T, you want a new game, Stupid people.

What I've Missed.

Throughout the time I have had off school since finishing my GCSE Exams and now waiting for them, I have had a lot of time to think and some of this thinking has come to good use, some has come to bad and some has really actually made me ill giving me panic attracts (seriously). But one thing I have realised is when I have been doing things I don't normally do.
I watched HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3 (note that the font is smaller because of my shame)

Watching High School Musical 3 it was like putting myself in their shoes as technically in the film they were going through the same thing as me, leaving school and deciding what to do next in the future. The thing I found out watching it is that even through it is a film and half the things in it would never happen in real life they were making the most of there last days of high school and the conclusion I came to is that my last days of St Teilos were CRAP.

I instantly thought that leaving school would be great to get away from all the bullies in my school. But the one thing I forgot was to be happy and sad about the very good friends I was leaving even the people who weren't really my best friends I was going to miss. Today I saw two of my friends, and even through it has only been a couple of weeks ago I had only seen them it really seemed like a really long time. Talking to them, they had done so much since leaving school, working getting paid £200 a week.

Since thinking like this during the final weeks of school and getting work done last minute and missing out on quality time with my friends (even through half of them thought they would have a couple of extra weeks off not coming in), I missed the last time I would be with friends. But coming to think about it even if I was to spent time with my friends during the last weeks I would feel most likely the same as I do now. I think meeting friends outside school now which I would not see now will feel really weird.

One thing I think I need to do is get in contact with people I would not normally get in contact with just to see them a final time. If I do, do that I would need t think of a place in Cardiff to go and I don't think my other friends would like the Museum as my best friends as it is the only place to go which is free.
